Overall Conference Benefits

GFOA Alberta’s Annual Conference & Tradeshow is an event not to be missed! Bringing together hundreds of municipal finance professionals, support staff and industry leaders, the benefits last all year long. Some of those include:

• Feature your company’s products and services at the annual conference.
• Attendance in the conference (keynote speakers, etc.)
• Learn about the municipal decision-making processes.
• Connect with delegates using the WHOVA app pre and post event.

Included in your exhibitor fees are:

• All meals, including the Gala dinner, for two representatives.
(Additional Passes can be purchased)
• Networking with all delegates.
• Invitation to Sponsors and Exhibitors appreciation reception.
• An exhibitor layout will be sent to those that are interested, with a typical booth being ’8 deep x 8′ wide.

***Opportunity to purchase additional registration and gala tickets at member rates. Marketing Collateral can be shipped to the hotel one week in advance. Please ensure you have a return mailing label and the items will be shipped back.

To apply for a booth, view the tradeshow floor plan to identify your preferred locations, pick your top three, and if your application is accepted, your booth number will be entered in your registration. The submission form is below, and you can see which booths are already reserved by hovering over the booth number on the map.

This registration is considered an application. All applications are subject to review and approval by GFOA Alberta. If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. An invoice will be emailed separately to the address provided.

Booth Request

This registration is considered an application. All applications are subject to review and approval by GFOA Alberta. Once your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. An invoice will be emailed separately to the address provided above.

Standard booths come with Passes for two(2) booth staff.  Additional passes are available for booth staff at a cost of $300/person, up to a maximum of two(2) additional passes. You will have an opportunity to order additional passes once your application is approved.

Price includes GST ($2620 + $131 GST)

Preferred Booth Locations

Booths are assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis. Using the tradeshow floorplan, give your preferred choices and we will do our best to accommodate.

NOTE: If you are requesting more than one booth, include all booth numbers for each choice. (Example - Choice #1: #41 & 42; Choice #2: 61 & 62)
